When I first met Dr. Jen Chow, my facial plastic surgeon, I was very anxious about the idea of surgery. But he set me right at ease from the moment we met. He carefully reviewed what would happen each step of the way, both before and after surgery. On the morning of surgery, he carefully described what to expect and took the time to answer all my questions completely. After surgery, everything that he had told me to expect happened. I love my beautiful nose! He helped me through the tough times and always took the time to see me whenever I was concerned. In the week after surgery, he personally saw me on three separate occasions as part of his normal post-operative plan, just to make sure everything was perfect! The first time I sought out Botox injections for the thick lines that started appearing on my face at the age of 25, I was turned away.
